This privacy policy explains how World Christian Fellowship London (“WCF London”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use https://wcflondon.com and the forms or embedded services made available through the site.
Information we receive
When you contact us or use a ministry form, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number and message. We also receive normal technical information required to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser/device information and server request logs.
How we use information
We use information only for the purpose for which it was provided, including responding to enquiries, providing requested church or ministry support, administering subscriptions you request, maintaining site security and troubleshooting technical issues.
Website forms and email
Contact, Salvation and similar website forms are designed to send the submitted information by email to authorised WCF recipients. WCF Site Manager does not keep a separate permanent database copy of these form submissions. Website email may be processed through WCF London’s Google Workspace service.
Spam protection
We may use Cloudflare Turnstile on public forms to reduce automated and abusive submissions. Cloudflare may process limited technical information required to provide that security service.
Embedded content
Pages may include embedded content from third parties, such as YouTube videos or Google Maps. Loading or interacting with embedded content may allow those providers to process information according to their own privacy and cookie policies.
Cookies
The public website uses only cookies or similar technologies that are required for site operation, security or embedded services that are actually enabled. WordPress administrators may receive login and preference cookies when they sign in to manage the site. We will not describe marketing or analytics cookies here unless those services are enabled on the site.
How long we retain information
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, ministry, administrative or security purpose for which it was received, and for any period required by applicable law. Email correspondence may remain in authorised WCF mailboxes in line with normal ministry and administrative practice.
Your rights
Under applicable UK data-protection law, you may have rights to request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request erasure or restriction in certain circumstances, and object to certain processing. These rights are subject to the conditions and exemptions provided by law.
Contact us about privacy
